Additional Information: | The Menomonee River railroad bridges consist of a 6-track bridge to the south (AHI# 242235) and an adjacent parallel 2-track bridge approximately 10 feet to the north (AHI# 242236). The 2-track bridge was constructed in 1925 while the 6-track bridge was constructed in 1909. The bridges carry the Canadian Pacific Railroad over the Menomonee River and provide rail access to the Muskego railyard to the east. Both bridges are steel deck girder bridges measuring approximately 200 feet in length with reinforced concrete piers. |
