Additional Information: | Built circa 1880-1900, this is a two-and-one-half-story Queen Anne dwelling in a rectangular plan. It has a hipped roof with cross gables clad in slate. The building has a prominent front gable with bay and Palladian windows; however, the windows and exterior cladding are not visible from the public right-of-way. The main entrance is via a one-story screened-in porch on the front, northern elevation. There is a one-story addition on the building’s western elevation. There are several outbuildings associated with the property that date to the late 19th century. These include a T-shaped wood threshing barn with a metal roof, a wood raised-basement dairy barn with a metal roof, a small wood threshing barn, and a concrete silo. |
