| Additional Information: | September 2020: The resource is surrounded by dense forest on all sides. #242159 consists of a dwelling and multiple modern outbuildings. The dwelling is a linear Ranch built in 1972 (Assessor Data 2020). The linear ranch has a rolled asphalt, side-gabled roof, T1-11 board-and-batten siding, and a concrete masonry unit foundation. The dwelling has two oversized interior brick chimneys and is accessed via vinyl doors on the east elevation. It has fixed and one-over-one vinyl windows arranged in single and twin configurations and a circa 1990 shed roof addition on its east elevation. The remainder of the resource consists of circa 1990–2015 outbuildings. The animal kennel is located to the east of the dwelling and has a rolled asphalt, shed roof, with vinyl and chain-link siding. To the north of the dwelling is a deer stand, log cabin, shed, and garage. The deer stand has a shed roof and oriented strand board siding, and the log cabin has a front-gabled, metal roof with a butt and pass square notching log exterior, and a poured concrete foundation. Both the shed and garage have front-gabled, asphalt roofs and T1-11 siding. All structures associated with #242159 are in good condition. |
