NOTES
Additional Information:Surveyed in July 2020 by UWM-CRM as part of the WisDOT USH 63 reconstruction project.

This building was constructed in 1882 as the former Methodist Episcopal Church. The building is two stories in height with a raised stone basement with an L-shaped plan and a cross-gabled roof. The building is clad in vinyl siding and has a modern roof with vinyl and aluminum eaves. Fenestration consists of single, paired, and grouped one-over-one double hung windows and two-part slider windows.

Based on an undated historic photo, the church originally had a prominent shingle-clad square tower with open belfry; a raised entry porch with turned columns; double-height arched windows; and Stick-style and Shingle-style detailing. None of these original elements remain and were presumably removed when the building was converted to apartments at an unknown date
