NOTES
Additional Information:Surveyed in July 2020 by UWM-CRM as part of the WisDOT USH 63 reconstruction project.

This Contemporary-style retail building was constructed around 1975. The building is irregular in plan and consists of two square, pyramidal-roofed portions connected by a lower flat-roofed portion. Each of the pyramidal roofs is capped with a large skylight. The roofs have composite shingles and deep overhangs supported on exposed beams. The building is clad in alternating wide and narrow widths of clapboard, creating a striped visual effect. Fenestration consists of aluminum-framed windows and doors, many of which are either located high up under the eaves, or “hidden” at the inside corners of the different building masses.
