Additional Information: | This 1 ½ story Craftsman bungalow was constructed c.1920. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof with clipped gables. The front elevation faces north and features a front roof slope that changes pitch to allow for a recessed one-story porch that spans the façade. The porch features tapered wood piers that rest on rusticated brick supports at both front corners; rusticated brick quarter walls span the front and sides of the porch with a break for the front entrance. The entrance is centered in the front wall of the porch and consists of a segmentally arched, leaded glass front door with leaded glass sidelights and transom. Banks of leaded glass windows with heavy wood mullions and multi-pane transoms enclose the porch. A front-gabled dormer with a clipped gable and flared eaves projects from the front roof slope. The dormer contains a bank of four 1-over-1 windows and is clad in wood shingle. |
