Additional Information: | This One Story Cube house was constructed c.1900. It is rectangular in plan with stone veneered walls and an asphalt-shingled, steeply-pitched hipped roof with slightly flared eaves. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in plan with a recently-constructed front porch spanning the width of the façade. The porch elements are constructed of standardized lumber. Within the porch are a multi-pane front door, a single 1-over-1 window and a pair of 1-over-1 windows. The windows and door have original wood surrounds. Hipped roof dormers with slightly flared eaves project from the front and side roof slopes. The dormers are clad in aluminum siding; the front dormer contains a single 1-over-1 window while the side dormers each contain a pair of 1-over-1 windows. A three-sided bay window projects from the east elevation. |
