Additional Information:Surveyed by UWM-CRM as part of Hwy 164 reconstruction project (WisDOT ID#2810-08-00).

The house has a side gabled roof with deep overhangs. The front door is centered at grade in the middle of the elevation. The front door consists of an entry door flanked by sidelights; two large transom windows fill the space between the top of the door and the roof eaves. On either side of the entry bay, the lower level walls are clad in artificial stone, and the upper walls are clad in board and batten. Fenestration consists of tripartite slider windows, while the living room has a large tripartite window containing tall fixed lights and lower hopper or awning lights. The garage is located to the south of the house. The artificial stone cladding continues onto the garage to form a half wall, and the remainder of the garage is clad in the same board and batten as the house.
