NOTES
Additional Information:The Barum Cemetery is a rural, public cemetery in the Town of Elk Mound, Wisconsin located north of CTH HH and west along CTH H. The general topography of the cemetery slopes up and away from the road as you move west to the back boundary of the cemetery. Several large cedar trees dot the landscape and a few older deciduous trees are located in the rear of the cemetery. The cemetery boundary adjacent to CTH H is partitioned off with a metal chain draped between metal posts. The other sides are demarcated with wire fencing held up with metal posts. An iron gate used as a service entrance is located on the north boundary. A small storage shed is located in the northwest corner and a white board listing the names and dates of burial within the cemetery is located along the fence line to the north. The majority of the headstones present in the cemetery are simple in shape and form.
