| Additional Information: | 2025 - This Prairie School duplex was constructed in 1924. This two-story building is rectangular in plan with a hipped, asphalt-shingled roof and wide overhanging eaves. It is clad in a random-coursed ashlar veneer on the first story and board and batten siding on the second story. The primary elevation faces east, with a full-width, hipped roof porch supported by a stone pillar and paired wooden posts. Decorative woodwork is located between the paired support posts. The porch supports a second-story walk out porch surrounded by a board and batten half-wall. Two entrances – one for each level of the duplex – are located near the right (northern) corner of the primary elevation, consisting of multi-light wooden doors flanked by narrow sidelights in a wooden casement. A bay of three 9-over 1 double-hung windows is found to the left of the entryway. A bay of similar windows is located in the second story above, while a single entrance to the second story porch is found to the right of the elevation. |
