NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Minimal Traditional house was constructed c.1950. It is irregular in plan with stone veneered walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a projecting front-gabled bay at the northern end of the façade. This bay contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows with decorative wood shutters. East of this, a three-sided entry bay is located in the ell created by the main side-gabled building mass and the projecting front bay. A round-arched doorway is located in the center wall of the entry bay. East of this, in the wall of the main building mass, is a large multi-pane picture window with decorative wood shutters. The roof slope above this contains a front-gabled dormer with a pair of single-pane casement windows; the dormer is clad in vinyl siding and is a relatively recent addition. A rear addition was constructed in the 1990s.
