This Contemporary house was constructed circa 1978. This one-story house is rectangular in form, with a side-gabled, asphalt-shingled roof and a front projecting gable. The house is clad in board and batten siding with a brick veneer half wall along the primary façade, which faces south along Rawson Avenue. The house features a double-door entryway recessed beneath a round-arched opening, and exposed brackets under the eaves of the front projecting gable. Windows are tall and single-paned, grouped in twos and threes along the primary façade. The attached garage features an arched door opening.
