NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary restaurant building was constructed c.1960. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, stone veneered and concrete block walls, and a low-pitched gable roof with wide overhanging eaves. A flat-roofed mass is located along the building’s north elevation. An enclosed sun-room enclosure spans the west elevation of the main building mass; this features a metal-clad hipped roof and is enclosed via a window wall comprised of single-pane windows along the base and pairs of sliding windows above. The building’s south elevation contains a central projecting entry bay with a low-pitched gable roof that features heavy beam-style braces. Banks of single-pane, fixed-sash windows are located on either side of the entry bay.
