| Additional Information: | 2019: This two-story bungalow was constructed in 1925. It has a rectangular footprint, brick cladding, and side jerkinhead roof with a wide shed dormer. The front door is centered on the symmetrical façade beneath a front gable with knee braces and a round arched underside. To each side of the entrance is a three-part, Chicago-style window. In the dormer above are three pairs of sash windows. All windows on the façade appear to be vinyl replacements. On the east, side elevation is a one-story sunroom with paired ten-light wood casement windows. |
