NOTES
Additional Information:The Doctor’s Park Bath House was constructed by the WPA c.1938 in a Rustic Style. It is rectangular in plan with wood shingle siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof with exposed rafter ends. The main building mass is side-gabled with a front-gabled porch projecting from the center of the east (lakeside) elevation. The projecting gable is supported by squared wood columns with shallow-arched bargeboards in the intervening spaces. The porch has a concrete slab base and shelters a single doorway, a wide window opening, and a smaller window opening; both window openings are currently boarded shut. Fenced areas along the side elevations suggest that separate men’s and women’s entrances at these locations.
