| Additional Information: | 2019 Factory building converted to residential lofts This Astylistic Utilitarian building was constructed circa as a pasta factory in circa 1915. This 5-story building is constructed of brick laid in the common bond. The primary elevation faces north on E. Townsend Street, and features regular fenestration with 6-over-1 double hung windows in plain surrounds. Window openings at the partially-submerged basement level have been filled in. The original L-shaped portion of the building is located on the western portion of the rectangular lot, while the eastern wing of the building was constructed in 2007. The 3-story addition is clad in stucco and features bays of 2 6-over-1 double hung windows throughout. |
