| Additional Information: | 2019: "This one-story office building was constructed in 1969. The contemporary style building is clad in brick veneer on its lower third with a wood-shingled mansard roof defining its upper two-thirds. The building has an irregular footprint with a central projection on the façade. Fenestration includes large rectilinear windows within gambrel openings in the mansard roof. The main entrance is located at the southwestern corner of the building within a mansard roof port cochere, which is a 1995 addition. Other additions were completed in 1996 and 2001, which maintain the mansard styling and fenestration on the original portion of the building. The building has functioned as a medical/dental office since it was constructed." |
