NOTES
Additional Information:2020: "This three-story office building (Figures 13 and 14) was constructed in 1963. It has a square footprint and simple box-like form. The façade consists of 15 full-height aluminum-framed bays, most with a fixed window on each story between metal panels. Three bays toward the west end of the façade constitute the front entrance and entry surround. This includes a pair of glass doors at the street level and a large fixed window above, all surrounded by metal panels. The side elevations are constructed of concrete block and have a regular array of small window openings, most with horizontal sliding windows and some with replacement one-over-one sash windows." 2021 - Resurveyed, appearance unchanged.
