NOTES
Additional Information:2023 - This Astylistic Utilitarian building was constructed in 1968. This large factory complex is roughly rectangular in plan, with a flat roof and a primary elevation that faces west onto S. Hickory Street. The pedestrian entrance is located on the southern elevation within a one-story red brick mass. The glass door entrance is flanked on both side by a string of single-paned windows and sheltered by a flat poured concrete awning. The remainder of the complex’s structure is constructed of concrete block and corrugated metal siding with fenestration limited to a band of multi-paned windows on the second story of the central mass. A shipping area is located on the northern side of the complex, while the western elevation contains the company’s name and logo.
