NOTES
Additional Information:2019: This one-story commercial building was built c. 1925. The building has three stepped, hip-roof portions extending south on the lot including a front (north) portion with textured brick veneer, middle portion with stucco siding, and a rear (south) portion with stucco siding. The stepped hip roof is clad in wood shingles. Fenestration generally consists of tall, rectangular, grouped casement windows, most of which are multi-pane, with two one-light windows located on the side (west) elevation. A central, wood, four-light main entrance door is located on the front facade. Secondary entry doors are located on the side (west) elevation and rear elevation, which displays a modern, multi-light, vinyl, sliding door that leads to a brick patio. A modern sign for "South Shore Custom Homes" is mounted on the center roofline of the front facade. A concrete sidewalk with steps runs along E. Geneva Street in front of the building. The building is attached to the adjacent fire department building (AHI #82572) at its rear portion.
