Additional Information:2019: This two-story Moderne office building was built c.1925. It was renovated after a fire. It rests on a concrete foundation and has brick veneer and a flat roof. Fenestration consists of bands of sliding windows that run horizontally across the first and second stories of the front (north) facade. Walls on the facade feature curves at each corner at the recessed entrance. The facade also has an integral planter on the first story. A narrow panel is located at the front and rear (south) elevations between the side (west) elevation of 615 E. Washington Avenue and the adjacent building at 607-609 E. Washington Avenue.
