| Additional Information: | 2019: This 1-story Ranch house was constructed in 1956. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, brick, clapboard, and board and batten walls, and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan. The main building mass is of brick and board-and-batten siding and contains a central doorway recessed under a wide eave overhang. West of this is a built-in brick planter with two 1-over-1 windows above. East of the front door is a large picture window with two solid wood panels below (presumably replacing original sliding or hopper windows). At attached garage is located west of the main building mass and is connected via a recessed stoop. The garage is clad in clapboard and contains a 2-car bay with an overhead garage door. |
