This one-story, rectangular-plan, commercial building was constructed c.1940. The walls are clad in stucco and the building features a flat roof with a replacement metal parapet. The southeast corner of the front (west) facade features a fluted curved decorative element. An additional curved corner is located on the front facade and it separates the secondary entrance bay from the primary storefront. The secondary entrance bay features three equally spaced belt courses that extend around the northeast corner of the building. The storefront windows are replacements in metal frames.
