NOTES
Additional Information:2019 (by Heritage Research, Ltd.) - Constructed of generally tan bricks, this is a side-gable, two-story, Colonial Revival structure notable for the quoining on its northwest and southwest corners. Centered on the west façade and facing N. Port Washington Road is the primary entryway flanked by sidelights and sheltered by a small gabled roof porch braced by a single, squared timber post in its outer two corners. Immediately above the door is a single opening with a double-hung, six-light-over-six-light sash and a shutter to each side. To the north and south of the front porch is a large opening with a multiple-pane picture window and a double-hung sash to either side, above which is scalloped woodwork. Immediately above each of those window units, on the second floor, is another, slightly shorter window unit that otherwise mirrors that on the first floor. Windows on the north and south endwalls are symmetrically placed, three on the first floor, three on the second and a single, narrow window set in the gable peak. Concrete sills are found on all windows.

Developer James L. Callan sold on 15 July 1942 this property to his brother, Edward. He was also involved with real estate, being part of the firm John N. Callan & Sons. Edward appears to have held the property for some period of time.
