NOTES
Additional Information:2019 (by Heritage Research, Ltd.) - This two-story, red brick Colonial Revival building has a hipped roof and a symmetrical primary façade. The centered entrance faces N. Port Washington Road to the west and is flanked by sidelights and sheltered with a flared, hipped roof porch supported by squared, wooden posts in each of its outer corners. Flanking the entrance are large, symmetrically placed, openings comprised of two, fifteen-light windows, to either side of which is a four-over-six-light, double-hung sash. Above each unit is a scalloped window head, above which are rolled awnings. Centered over the porch are three six-over-six-light second floor windows, beyond which, at each corner of the building, are twenty-four-light windows that are adjacent to and repeated on the north and south end walls, though those latter windows each appear to have only twenty lights. All windows have concrete sills and wooden surrounds and are symmetrically placed. The individual lights appear to be defined by wooden muntins.

Brother Michael S. Callan purchased this property from James L. Callan on 15 July 1942 and Michael subsequently sold it to Alma Harry on 19 November 1945. The property was an investment for Michael and was purchased by Alma Harry who occupied unit #1.
