Additional Information: | 2019 - This one-story Ranch house has a rectangular plan and was constructed c.1960. The wood-frame house sits on a concrete foundation and has exterior walls clad in a combination of brick veneer, wood board and batten, and horizontal composite siding. The hip roof has wide overhanging eaves, is clad in asphalt shingles, and has an interior brick chimney protruding from its eastern end. Fenestration was obscured by trees during field survey but appears to consist of wood-frame, fixed, and one-beside-one sliding sash examples. The house also features an integrated two-car garage at its western end. The front (north) facade features a concrete stoop and six-panel front door below a projecting hip-roof vestibule. The east (side) elevation has a projecting cutaway bay and the west (side) elevation has a single sliding sash window. |
