NOTES
Additional Information:2019 - This one-story Ranch house has an irregular hip-on-hip-roof plan and was constructed c.1955. The wood-frame house sits on a concrete foundation and has exterior walls clad in stone veneer. Each section of the hip roof has wide overhanging eaves and is clad in asphalt shingles. Fenestration consists of a large, tripartite, fixed-frame, picture window and elevated sliding sash windows. The house also features an integrated two-car garage with replacement overhead garage door at its western end. The front (north) facade features a concrete stoop, low stone planter, central front door, and secondary door near the garage. The east and west (side) elevations have elevated sliding sash windows. The house was difficult to photograph due to vegetation.
