| Additional Information: | 2019 - This one-and-one-half-story bungalow has a rectangular plan and was constructed c.1925. The residence is of wood-frame construction and exterior walls are clad in brick veneer. It has a clipped, front-gable, asphalt shingle roof with two clipped-gable dormers (clad in clapboard) on the side (east and west) elevations. A wide wood fascia accents the gable ends of the main roofline and dormers. Fenestration consists of original three-over-one, wood-frame, double-hung and some casement windows. The front (south) facade features battered brick projections on the east and west sides. At the northwest corner of the house is a square-plan, hip-roof, enclosed porch that serves as the main entryway; the multi-light front door is flanked by sidelights. A two-car detached garage located at the southeast corner of the parcel has a rectangular plan, exterior walls clad in clapboard, and a clipped front-gable roof. |
