Additional Information:2019 - This two-story, Contemporary, former bank building has a concrete foundation, rectangular plan, and was constructed c.1980. Exterior walls are clad with brick veneer set in vertical and horizontal coursing; they are curved at building corners and at inset window and entryways throughout the building. The building has a flat roof and fenestration consists of metal, fixed-frame, rectangular windows throughout the building that vary in size. Elongated cubic windows are suspended in the second story at each building corner. The front (north) facade is asymmetrical and features elongated, curved pilasters, elevated ribbon windows (second story), and an inset. The elevated and recessed main entryway is accessed by a series of concrete steps and consists of two metal-frame glass doors with glass surround. The overall aesthetic with repeated inset windows and entryways anchored by curbed brick walls, pilasters, and cylindrical protrusions is repeated on each of the other three elevations. The building has a cutaway first-floor drive-thru banking area along the east (side) elevation. A stand-alone sign with curved-brick base is located near the northwest corner of the building. The property is currently vacant.
