| Additional Information: | 2019 - This one-story, rectangular-plan commercial building was constructed c.1970. It rests on a concrete foundation and has a steel structural system and exterior walls clad in a combination of corrugated metal and stone veneer. The front-gable roof is clad in metal and has a low profile and wide overhanging eaves. Fenestration consists primarily of large, fixed-metal-frame, rectangular showroom windows. The front (north) asymmetrical facade features a series of full- and partial-height battered stone walls that anchor a window wall across the facade and at the building’s northeast corner. The two main double-entry doors are each flanked by partial-height, battered stone veneer walls. The side (east) elevation features six sheltered garage bays, and the west elevation has four garage bays. Alterations include partially modified siding on the east and west elevations, including above the garage bays. |
