NOTES
Additional Information:The school is clad in brick with cast stone and wood trim. The Clement Avenue School is one of the best examples of a distinctive building typology which incorporates a long, horizontal window wall, punctuated by thin vertical fins that slope outward to support a deeply-overhanging, slatted sunshade; and an arched roof with continuous, shed-roofed monitors along the full lengths of the exterior walls. The Clement Avenue School was designed by Brimeyer, Grellinger & Rose and completed in 1953.
