Additional Information:BADGER-HICKEY PARK IS LOCATED ON LA CROSSE'S NORTH SIDE NEAR THE BRIDGEVIEW SHOPPING CENTER. A PLAYGROUND WAS ESTABLISHED AT THE PARK IN 1959. BY 1965 THE CITY CONSTRUCTED A SHELTER. IN 1968 AN ADDITIONAL FIVE ACRES WAS PURCHASED FOR THE PARK. IN 1969 A FENCE WAS INSTALLED AROUND THE PARK.
