Additional Information: | Multiple original free-standing originally structures built in 1952 and 1953 (City Records). Buildings were joined together through additions of hallways and rooms to form a vernacular style building in a manufacturing plant/warehouse configuration. Historically, the structures consisted of a single story vernacular commercial office building with cement, metal and wood siding and sheds. In addition to the office building, two of the structure’s roofs (former F.J. Introwitz Roller Rink” roller skating rink) are steel reinforced arched roofs displays Quonset hut type stylistic elements consistent with the time of construction following WWII. The original buildings have been substantially been modified with changes to the facade, doorway, windows and addition of entry ways and rooms and now has been converted to offices for the Cooperative Education Service Agency (CESA). |
