Additional Information: | Original structure built in 1950 and owned by Clancy Horvatin and operated as “Clancy’s Barbershop” then after 2004 changed to “Devine’s Barbershop (City Records). Vernacular utilitarian commercial building originally built with a cut limestone facade, keystone framed window opening to front elevation and a flat roof. The original stone facade has been removed or covered and the building has had modern vinyl clapboard style siding and plate glass windows installed. |
