Additional Information:This c.1960, one-story, vernacular commercial building has a rectangular plan and a flat roof. It is constructed of brick
masonry with a rubble stone cladding on the facade. Diagonal wood paneling spans the storefront above the windows,
and “Phillips Northern Merchandise” is located on the paneling. The front (east) facade features the original glass
storefront with two recessed entrances. The doors are framed by fixed storefront windows in metal frames.
