Additional Information: | 2017 This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed c.1915. The walls are clad in narrow-width clapboard and rest on a rusticated concrete block foundation. The side gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features wide, overhanging eaves with exposed rafter tails and knee braces. A large gable dormer with a small balcony is centered on the front (north) façade, and a brick exterior chimney is located on the east (side) elevation. The eaves of the front façade extend to shelter a recessed porch on the east side, supported by ornamental metal posts. The remainder of the front façade has a stone veneer water table with integrated planter. A small shed roof bay window and projects on the east (side) elevation, and a gable portico shelters a secondary entrance located at the rear of the east elevation. Windows throughout are a mixture of vertically-divided four-over-one and one-over-one wood, double-hung sash in paired and single configurations. A replacement picture window on the front façade is comprised of three sets of fixed-over-awning replacement sash. |
