NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This dairy barn complex is located east of the Italianate farmhouse, and was constructed c. 1910. This gambrel roof bank barn opens to an earthen embankment to the northwest, with the basement level opening to the southeast. A gable-roof, concrete block milk house is attached to the northwest corner of the barn, with a separate entrance and glass block windows on the west façade. The remainder of the windows on the basement and first level of the barn are multi-paned double hung. A concrete silo is located at the southwest corner of the barn, while another silo at the northeast corner of the barn is no longer extant. An attached, small animal barn is located at the southwestern corner of the barn. The gambrel roof has recently been re-clad with metal.
