NOTES
Additional Information:2016- "Faced with light tan brick, this one-and-one-half-story bungalow features a one-story, enclosed sunroom/porch along N. Teutonia Avenue and a gabled wall dormer along its south elevation. Gabled ends of both the sunroom and the entrance elevation of the main block are clipped and include simple wooden bargeboard trim, while a dominant chimney--with decorative brickwork and stone accent trim--runs up the south elevation of the house. Aside from the basement-level fenestration, most of the windows throughout the house are arranged in pairs or tripartite groupings—many of which still retain their original multiple-light paning.

Completed in 1927, this house was built by the Wisconsin Land and Realty Exchange at a cost of $7,500; the contractor is identified as Walter Shirmbrand. As of 1928, city directories identify the home as occupied by Erich and Alice Prag. Erich worked as a mason and the Prags remained in the home through at least 1950. The next known owner (as of 1960) was Donald F. Potter who operated his own business out of the home, known as Heat Control Service (oil burner service). In 1970, the owner is identified as Sanford Carter."
