| Additional Information: | 2017- "This c.1925 house has a rectangular plan and rests on a rusticated concrete block foundation. The house exhibits muted elements of the Craftsman style of architecture, such as the wide eaves, exposed rafters, and knee braces of the hip roof; the inset porch; and a bank of windows on the front (north) facade. The hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features an exterior brick chimney on the side (east) elevation and a ridgeline brick chimney. The walls are clad in aluminum siding and the inset porch has been enclosed with aluminum storm windows.
