NOTES
Additional Information:2017- "This one-story Ranch house with a rectangular plan was constructed c.1960. The upper half of the walls are clad in vertical wood plank siding and the lower half feature fieldstone veneer. The hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features wide eaves, a massive brick chimney on the side (east) elevation, and a stone ridgeline chimney. A gable portico with flared boxed eaves, decorative iron posts and fieldstone knee-walls marks the main entrance, which contains a glazed metal replacement door. The front (south) facade features a large picture window flanked by narrow casements. Other fenestration includes fixed-sash and casement windows and one-over-one double-hung sash, all with simple wood surrounds. The recessed two-car garage area is accented with a decorative iron support and fieldstone knee wall, and features a secondary entrance and a modern metal overhead door."
