NOTES
Additional Information:The Mayfair North Tower was constructed in 1977 in the International style. Strikingly similar in design to the earlier Mayfair Bank Tower, the Mayfair North Tower was completed at the northwest corner of the Mayfair Shopping Mall site opposite the Mayfair Bank Tower located at the southwest corner. The tower was also designed by architects Brust-Zimmerman, Inc. as a part of the third phase of the Mayfair mall development project conducted by Froedtert-Mayfair, Inc. However, the Mayfair North Tower has less architectural integrity on its first-floor lobby and bank areas than the Mayfair Bank Tower. The final phase of the Mayfair Mall project called for two more similar office towers to be constructed on the site, which was never realized.
