NOTES
Additional Information:The Mayfair Bank Tower was constructed in 1975 as one of the first tall International style office towers in Wauwatosa and the suburbs of Milwaukee. The building was constructed by the Froedtert-Mayfair Company as the third phase of the Mayfair Mall project and was designed by architects Brust-Zimmerman, Inc. The tower’s construction was paired with the expansion and enclosure of the mall. The tower is located at the southwest corner of the Mayfair Shopping Mall site and was intended to have a large bank on the first floor and professional offices above. 2021 - appearance changed. Property fully renovated and converted into a hotel.
