NOTES
Additional Information:2016- "This c.1960 two-story commercial building has a rectangular plan and rests on a poured-concrete foundation. This building exhibits features of Contemporary Commercial architecture as seen in the materials and massing, vertical emphasis, and lack of traditional details or ornamentation. The hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. A two-story entry vestibule with plate glass walls in aluminum frames wraps around the northwest corner of the building, and the single aluminum glazed entry door is located on the side (north) elevation. Fenestration consists of vertical bands of paired, single-pane, fixed sash windows accented with colored glass panels. Patterned concrete block walls separate the window bands. The corners of the building and foundation level are accented with brick, which is also featured in a planter on the main (west) facade."
