Additional Information:2016- "Built c.1910, this one-and-one-half-story frame house has an irregular rectangular plan. Resting on a rusticated concrete block foundation, the walls are clad in vinyl siding. The cross-gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features an interior ridgeline brick chimney, a simple cornice, and textured shingles in the gable ends. The cornice and soffits are clad in vinyl. A wraparound porch spans the front (east) facade and side (north) elevation. Porch details include a small cross gable above the main entrance and single and paired square columns on a rusticated concrete block knee wall. The main entrance contains a three-light wood door. Cutaway windows are present on the southeast and northeast corners, and fenestration includes a large, single-light, fixed sash with leaded-glass transom; wood, three-over-one and four-over-one, double-hung sash; and vinyl, one-over-one, double-hung sash, all with simple wood surrounds."
