Additional Information: | 2016- "This Side Gabled Vernacular building was constructed in 1932. It is rectangular in plan with a poured concrete foundation and an asphalt-shingled roof. The front elevation faces northwest, perpendicular to the street, and is asymmetrical in plan, with a left-of-center wooden door accessible via a concrete stoop with wrought iron railings. The entryway is flanked by a 2-over-2 double hung window to the left and a 1-over-1 double hung window to the right. A second 2-over-2 window is located on the northern elevation parallel to the roadway, and both windows appear to be original. Both 2-over-2 windows are also sheltered by metal awnings. The entire house is clad in wooden shingles, which appear to be original." -"USH, Pitzen Ln to Hickory Ln", WisDOT#1650-07-02, Prepared by UWM-CRM, (2016). |
