Additional Information:2016 - Five-story industrial loft with pilastered walls, stone sills and coping, and large window openings, most of which contain metal sash. Upper story loading doors are found on the south elevation.

Previously part of a larger industrial complex, possibly the George Poppert Manufacturing Company, which produced wood doors, sashes, and interior woodwork.
