2016- "Christ Lutheran Church, historically known as Milford Evangelical Lutheran Church, was constructed in Milford, WI in 1860 and was moved to its current location in Lake Mills 1951. This one-story building is of frame construction, clad in a combination of vinyl and clapboard, has a front gable roof covered with asphalt shingles, and rests on a raised concrete-block foundation. It has a large entrance vestibule centered on the front (east) facade, an enclosed bell tower that features a louvered vent-like opening, and a one-story concrete-block addition at the rear (west) elevation that was likely constructed at the time of the relocation. Two concrete sidewalks on the front (east) and side (south) of the church lead to the main entrance centered on the front (east) facade, which is accessed by a series of concrete steps with metal hand railings. The original entrance door has been replaced with a modern door flanked by narrow sidelights with a decorative cross detail located above. Aside from stained-glass windows with Gothic arch surrounds, the building lacks decorative details. The remaining windows are a combination of six-over-six and replacement, one-over-one, double-hung sash, and awning. A modern brick and wood sign with "Christ Lutheran Church" and mass times is situated at the southeast corner of the lot.

Interior access was not obtained during the site visit; however, based on what was visible through the windows, the interior appears to retain an open plan.

The church was moved from Milford to its current location in 1951 and became Trinity Lutheran Church. However in 1970, the building was purchased by the newly formed Lake Mills Baptist Church and served the congregation through the mid-1980s. It is unclear when the building was acquired by Christ Lutheran Church."
