Additional Information:2016- "This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed c.1930. It is of frame construction sheathed in clapboard and rests on a stucco-covered foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the low-pitched hip roof that features overhanging eaves, a simple wood cornice, and an interior brick chimney. A low-pitched hip roof dormer clad in clapboard with a group of three, fixed, multi-light windows is centered on the front (east) facade and rear (west) elevation. An enclosed cutaway porch spanning the length of the front facade features decorative wood pilasters and three-over-one, double-hung, sash windows. Remaining windows are three-over-one, double-hung sash with simple wood surrounds."
