2016- "This one-story, Contemporary-style medical office building is sheathed with brick and features a broad, low-pitched gabled roof along the north fayade. A multi-level Mansard roof encircles the rest of the building. The north fayade is further enhanced by two tripartite sets of plate-glass and metal-panel window units divided by thin concrete uprights. Executed in raised metal andlocated in the brick expanse between the window units is a caduceus-like ornament (with eye) and the words "MEDICAL EYE ASSOCIATES".

This building was completed by 1980 and opened as the offices of Medical Eye Associates under the direction of Drs. Robert Pointer and Chris Larson. It continues to operate as an eye clinic."
