NOTES
Additional Information:Parcel includes two buildings: a circa 1965 restaurant with sign reading "Richards / COFFEE SHOP / DINING ROOM / Cocktails" (AHI #230710) and a circa 1970 motel (AHI #230711).

2015- "Richard's Motel (AHI #230711) was built around 1970, based on local assessor records. It is a one-story building with an end-gabled roof, clad in variegated buff brick, and containing nine guest rooms. Each guest room has a steel entry door and a paired fixed-light window with concrete sill. The roof projects slightly to form a covered walkway along the entire front of the building. The motel has its own sign, though simpler than its neighbor. It reads "RICHARD'S MOTEL / AIR COND. CLEAN & MODERN / FREE WI-FI / IN ROOMS"."
- "Forest/Marinette county line- CTH O", WisDOT #1590-16-00/71, Prepared by UWM-CRM (2015).
